In this correspondence it is suggested that the method of treating Imprest to Public Offices which is in force in Imperial Accounts should be introduced in the Colony. As a consequence of this proposal, rules 115 and 116, which follow the Imperial practice, were introduced with the Financial Instructions on revision.
